request for demotion/help/anything besides locking the thread and ignoring

i was recently banned on the 23rd of January, it was a 3 day bann.
i wasn't really guilty of anything but defending my self of minges...
they were prop spamming and spawn killing me, i did not know at the time how to talk through the server to call an admin.
i told them to stop numerous times, and they continued.
so i built a facer turret to kill them so they'd leave me alone.
they even had the pictures of them puting my in a minge cage while i was working on it, bc they knew what was going to happen.
i didn't even get to put a word into the thread before the mods here in the forums banned me for 3 days.
there was more than 6 people in the server that day that would of vouched for me,, as we were all getting minged.
i asked plenty of times for an admin to ask around to see what really happened.
TECH VIP was in the server as well as about 4 other regulars..(not including me)
i received no help in pursuing the actual story, the actual minge got promoted to regular.
now its been about a week or two.. and i fired up gmod, got all the way in the server started to build and BAM i got banned.

im not really sure why he would do that when obviously it was already taken care of.
i took the ban like a man, even tho i didn't deserve it.
i still asked admins to look into it bc i didn't want to look bad.
but no help still....
but someone should definitely be demoted.
again and again i get NO HELP with this matter,, ive asked pretty much any1 active on the forums.

deacon shouldn't of ever been promoted after his and unicron(his little buddy) accusations against me.
he was the one being a minge in the server that day.
i don't think magic should be demoted but i think he needs a stern talking to, as i believe him taking this into his own hands after it was already resolved is kinda of childish
mabye hes deacon and unicrons buddy also.. im not sure.
but things are starting to get ridiculous around here.
ask any1 in the wirebuild server if i EVER minge.

when I asked you if you had anything against it, you just raged
nevermind I just got the PM, talking to deacon and unicron(anybody got unicron's steam username?)

honestly ask tech.. or any regulars that are often in wirebuild
i dont ever minge.. i have a unbreakable giant box just to hide from minges...
deacon was int he server minging ( prop spamming, and spawn killing people other than me)
i was telling to stop being stupid through chat... thats when unciron came on to the server..
and told me "im only going to tell you once, leave deacon alone"
i told him to shut the fuck up,, bc hes been in the server minging for over 30 mins... tech couldn't even start a votekick bc he was lagging to death.
so yes i took matter into my own hands , which i know is bad, but it wasn't for fun.. or to be annoying .. i killed him exactly 5 times in a row.. then asked are you fucking done yet?
he replied with yes im done..
and it was over he stopped minging.. and everything was fine..
we even built a train and shit together afterwards, he told me he was sorry for being an ass.
but unicron was still running off at the mouth. this was after deacon posted the report.
unciron kept talking smack.. and i guess posting bs on the forums as well.
the pictures he posted on that report were in complete wrong order
i was in the minge cage when i was BUILDING
and i killed him after it was BUILT and i was out of the cage...
they(deacon & unicron) kept spawning tubs dumpsters and killing me with them.. and smashing them into my props....
i was pissed...
