Displaying the owner of spray when you are aiming on it

God please make this for VIPs, I've seen many gay pictures in TTT and even I want them to spray their sprays, they don't listen.

Running r_cleardecals at least twice in console will remove sprays

thats what assmod does pretty much when you hit Clear decals
It just runs that concommand on all the clients
