If there would be more other people speaking German I'd speak more as well; as you can see, I try to respond to everyone in the German thread.
The problem is simply that there are so many different languages, yet only few are spoken by multiple people. And, unlike in the early days of German/Spanish section, people seem to be afraid of using translators, which could also be due to many different accents and different ways of spelling (or, to be more correct, wrong spelling), etc.

This place is going much better than the old language sections though.
We just need something to encourage people to be active - something better planned as our competition and something easier for people to do.
People don't like to work for getting something.
