new wintersurvival maps?+other

hey, i was wondering if it would be possible to get some new ws maps in, i would be happy to make some, i would just need to know if i need any special triggers/conditions for them
the gamemode itself could use some updates too, it hasnt been changed in years

but yeah, this thread is mostly about asking if i could make some new maps for the WS server
post thoughs and map ideas here!

good idea, we would need more WS maps.

Sound's good, We need one with caves though. In cliffs and such and alot less water so you dont freeze your ass off trying to get whats left of supplies in the water.

Hey guys, so i spent the better part of yesterday figuring out what conditions i need to make a ws map and i made one
heres some screenshots



the white sign looked much more high-def in the editor
the big red "north" sign is in the skybox, i put it there so people would have a reference to directions so they can tell others where they are more easily, eg north of the mountains or east of the island
the map is approximately 3.5mb large
i've tested this in the ws gamemode and all the tools work, the initial props drop and you can collect stuff from the trees and stuff
i talked to coolz about it and he said he'd be willing to try the map out
im going to upload the actual map tomorrow or the next day beacause im capped right now and i want to be able to play the map when it gets added =P

this is my first ws map, i'll probably make another one that has caves and more safe locations in it later
