now in the case of gamefreak not being vip, he will recieve a day ban

in the case of tech, he will be demoted to regular and recieve a day ban

IN FUTURE CASES BEFORE ANYTHING GETS OUT OF HAND AND THIS HAPPENS AGAIN, FIND AN ADMIN AND TELL THEM THE SITUATION
DO NOT INSTIGATE THE SITUATION FURTHER
