C++ runtime error?

so it pops up this dialog box and says an unexpected runtime error has occured with steam... i can't find anything about it on their forums so i'm wondering if u guys know the deal, and don't say restart computer or steam

EDIT: meh, it worked better but still gave me the error  :(
