Yet Again, Magic Being Magic

So now Magic removes my thread about confronting him for giving me warning level for -1'ing Rocket one time in one day. With no warning.
And since when was -1'ing someones post a reason to give warning level?
I don't really care that I got warning level, doesn't mean much and Magic's given me it before for stupid stuff, but Magic, even though I do like him (believe it or not) is a terrible admin, and I feel it's kinda important for people to know this... considering it's been going on a long time. It's not only stupid shit on the forum that Magic has done either. Lots of stupid stuff with bans as well, which I don't really feel necessary to explain ATM.
There's also nothing showing that Magic moved or removed my thread and I'm not really sure why... but I'm absolutely certain that someone at least, if not Magic (pretty sure it was Magic for obvious reasons) removed it. Maybe coolz removed it and edited from logs or something idk?

It was probably removed due to the following reasons
1, Spam
2, No one cares
3, Things directed at a single member should be kept within PM's between the 2 members involved. Thats what the PM system is for!

I have talked to Magic in Steam about it plenty of times, but he's done stuff like this so consistently.

You don't seem to understand.
Magic ignores and/or deletes all attempts where you confront him with his bad admin decisions.
A supposedly bad admin is a serious issue that shouldn't be dealt with by going "buuhuu nobody cares".
Stop acting like you own the damn place.
