In other words, respected is gone - doesn't matter what status you were in new system.

Guest
- Cannot vote

Regular

* 2/3 Admins approve based on personal bias - considering community opinion

VIP
- ability to start votekick/ban
- shorten limit inbetween votes (30-60s)

* Regular members must PM an admin with their application
* If application is decent, an admin will post the application
* Admins will reply
* 2/3 Admins approve based on personal bias

Admin
- unchanged

* Admins will post an application for a new admin
* Admins can reply
* I will choose based on personal bias - considering admin opinion

Considering the current player base, will there be enough VIP's on servers like Fretta and Sled to kick minges? Will there be enough respected to vote on the kicks?

I say make the system, but be ready to adjust it for these possibilities.

Maybe regulars have votekick, and VIPs instakick but once each 45 seconds?

Don:
I like Frank's idea. Maybe make the time-limit of insta-kicks longer than 45 seconds, and keep the votekick limit for Regulars as 120 seconds.

VIPs are Regulars, but with voteban and instakick. The votes have a 90 seconds delay for VIPs, and 120 for Regulars.

i agree. though VIP might get butthurt ingame and abuse. atleast with respected that cant rly happen
