Game doesn't start after "Preparing to launch..."

This happened to me before!
Ruben was nice enough to team view with me and fix it.
It got supa fixed!
delete binaries.
Don:
Just saying since he's too lazy,
he got it to work on XP and is setting up dual-boot xp/7.
