Okay, so I'm writing this using my battery life.

My laptop is six years old, and has gradually gotten worse, up to the point the metal on the power connector started melting.

I have no idea why it's doing this, but it's to the point the laptop is beyond repair.

So out of pure insanity, I MacGyver'd a temporary fix out of electrical tape, a soldering iron, and some metal.

I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THIS SHIT WILL LAST ME. IT WILL WEAR OFF EVENTUALLY.

So until further notice, I won't be able to steam;skype;ts3;garrysmod.

I'll stay alive for the next 3 hours or so, maybe longer depending when Ben wants to blow my computer up.

Oh, yeah, and I had to type this all one-handed because the other one is holding the electrical connector in place.

That's why I never go with laptops. Instead I like to ducktape my monitor to my desktop case, attach a power outlet to a car battery and carry it around with me where ever I go.

Laptops do break quite easily, though.
