20dmg is a bit much. people would easily get hopped and bombed, and as soon as the zombie was available, humans would F.E.A.R or get bombarded by exploding headcrabs. i'm all for the same kill = explode system though, a bit more of a speed boost and smaller frame would help you get the jump on people (see what i did there?) and because you have a primary attack, they cant just IGNORE you.
