Why I want to be VIP:
After recently starting playing on the OSE server, I noticed first-hand how limited authority is in the less-played servers. I want to help remedy this, and I feel I can handle it. Not just that, but with the recent demotions there's going to be less people around to help anyway.

Why I should be VIP:

-- Well to start off, I've never been reported. Except for once by noisymanray, but I don't think it counts since there was no evidence at all except for a fake console log.

-- If you look at Sourcebans, I rarely if EVER have kicked/banned for an invalid reason.

-- I've rarely been banned for a valid reason, except for one or two cases.

-- I know the TTT rules by heart, and I won't kick someone just because they came close to breaking the rules

-- I'm willing to acknowledge that I'm not as mature as most VIPs would need to be, but I consider myself able to look at a situation impartially and in all seriousness.


Situations:

Somebody is RDMing/propkilling in TTT (4+ RDMs, non-karmable propkill, traitor teamkilling)

1. Wait for them to have 10 karma
2. Kill them for the next 3 rounds and not lose karma
3. If they keep doing it after that, kick them
4. If they come back and do it again, ban and report

Somebody is aimbotting/speedhacking:

1. Get their SteamID
2. Take a demo/screenshots
3. Ban
4. Report on forums

Somebody is holding up the round in TTT/deathrun/fretta/any other round-based gamemode:

This is a little shaky... I would probably start a votekick with the message "Stop holding up the round" and vote no since in TTT dead players can't communicate with alive ones.

Somebody is using a name changer:

1. Enter "status" in console 2 or 3 times, find the two names with matching SteamIDs
2. Tell an admin the steamID
3. If no admins are on, report on forums

Somebody is map glitching in TTT/flood:

1. Ask them to stop
2. Tell them that if they don't stop they'll be kicked
3. If they don't stop, kick them (derp)

Somebody is propkilling/spamming/general faggotry in build:

1. Tell them that I'm going to kick them if they don't stop
2. If they don't stop, kick them

Someone is micspamming:

1. Mute them
2. Tell everyone else to do so
3. ??

Somebody is being a general asshole/trolling other players/incessant racism:

1. Tell them to stop being an asshole
2. When they don't stop, kick them

Somebody is prop pushing in onslaught/flood/wirebuild/plainbuild:

1. Tell them to stop.
2. If they don't stop, ki-- you know what, i cant do this anymore. you all know what im going to say.


Contributions to RND:

I made everyone sexy signature bars
If I can get Hammer working on my computer again, I may start trying my hand at TTT mapping. That's a big maybe though.
And honestly, I haven't been in RND long enough to have contributed all that much.

Shit I want to say that doesn't have a category:
-- I no longer micspam. I uninstalled HLDJ and deleted all my sounds.
-- I no longer go on non-karmable propkill sprees (Even though that shit was hilarious)
-- I stole most of my app from Don, then changed the colors
-- If there's any reason you think I shouldn't be VIP that you aren't sure of, you can just ask me. This is my 3rd app, and I'm unlikely to post another one.
