The current system will be entirely wiped and no information will be utilized in the promotion process for the new ranks.

In other words, respected is gone - doesn't matter what status you were in new system.

Nothing (time, money, contributions) has a direct influence on promotions.

There are no dates made for the removal of the current system.

The new system must be ready to deploy before the old system is wiped.

I will most likely give a week's time in advance for people to reapply, as to avoid issues.

Guest
- Cannot vote

Regular
- Cannot start votekick/ban
- Can vote
- Access to tools

* Guests can post their application
* Guests+ can reply
* 2/3 ACTIVE Admins approve based on personal bias - considering community opinion
* 3 days until applicant is judged for 2/3's
* NOTE: 2/3 is a fraction, not 2 admins..
** If the time is expired, and the app is undecided or vacant of votes - The application should be deleted and resubmitted.
*** If the applicant is not approved, the application is to be locked and not resubmitted.

VIP
- ability to start votekick/ban
- shorten limit inbetween votes (30-60s)

* If application is decent, an admin will post the application
* Admins will reply | Subject to change to VIP+

I will set the time for deletion of old ranks to 2 weeks from 09/26/2010.

Removal Date: 10/10/2010

I will re-add members to the steam group when they are promoted to regular+
