Yea when someone steam calls you if they are sniffing for it they can get your IP, but yea he seems like he has an authority complex. "I will arrange game time for you!" lol...

I have to admit this one is a bit more interesting than the others, most of the DoSers have just been butt hurt people who have gotten themselves banned.
