your relations with other countries should not be kept secret from the public. If America truly was a democracy the people would have a say in your foreign policy. Strangely the only branch of government that even has any power to cooperate with other nations in the executive branch. congress does not have any large amount of influence with what you do with other countries Leaders have used diplomatic treaties like trade agreements as a loophole to enforce local policy.
Tactical military data like the routs of supply and troop shipments should be kept secret. None of the cables released will contain data that will allow and enemy to find and exploit a weakness in your army.
TLDR
stop being a stupid Ignorant American and find out about what your founding fathers had in mind for this nation and it government and compare it to how it is now.

However I can say that as a non us citizen who has spent their entire life in the states I know a bit more about your system of government than you do. Unlike you I had to earn my place there.

but it does nothing to just point out the problem. the country is full of morons who say "we need to take our country back" but don't have a method.
