Why I should be VIP:
1. I have never been reportet for abusing or minging
2. I am a very active player meaning I am oftenly on the servers being able to help other players.
3. The majority of RND-Members like me, because I am a nice person.
4. I am willed to enforce the rules in a fair way, meaning I warn minges several times before kicking them.
5. I won't kick or ban people for personal issues, meaning I try to act as an impartial voice on the servers.
6. If someone calls for help I will try my best to solve their problems.
7. When someone rejoins after a kick or ban I will treat this player like he didn't violate the rules until he does it again. (Mingebags excluded ofc)

Why I want to be VIP:
1. I often noticed the situation that there are rarely other VIPs at times I play on the servers, so minges think they can do whatever they want. So I will see it as my duty to enforce the rules even when there are no other VIPs around.
2. I love the pink tag :3
3. I consider myself more than being a regular member, because I am a trustworthy member of this community.
4. RND needs a lot more trustworthy VIPs. I see myself as a potential trustworthy VIP.

Situations:

Killing fellow Traitor buddy on TTT
1. I will ask them why they did that
-> If it was an accident I will leave it be. If it wasn't I will warn them.
-> if this player kills his fellow traitor accidently again, I will start a votekick.
-> if he did it on purpose I will votekick him for RDM on a fellow traitor
-> if he comes back and does it again, I will start a votekick again.
-> if the person does it a third time, I will initiate a voteban against him.

RDMing the detective as an innocent
1. Ask the person why they RDMed the Detective
-> if it was because the detective rdmed other players I will leave it be checking how many people the detective killed.
-> if he did that for no reason, I will start a votekick on him.

Someone is glitching
1. Tell the player to stop glitching immediatly and explaining him
-> if the player doesn't have his console open, I will tell him to disconnect/rejoin
-> if the player have a console, warn him to suicide/rejoin
-> if he still keeps glitching I will initiate a votekick against him
-> if he rejoins after the kick and glitches again on purpose I will give him a final warning
-> if the player doesn't react: I will initiate a voteban
-> if he comes back and keeps doing that, I will voteban him again.

Someone is using a name changer
I will try to ban him. If that is not possible I will get his steamid and make a report thread with evidences.

Someone is using an aimbot
1. I would get their steamid and spectate them
-> if they are just really experienced players I will tell the others that skill doesn't instantly mean that they hax.
-> if they snap around their guns in a weird way, I will keep them watching. If I am sure he uses an aimbot I will initiate a votekick
-> if the player is still using aimbots I will kick him. after a final warning being ignored I will voteban him.
-> if the player still hacks I will make a report thread with evidences and his steamid on the forums

Someone is using speedhacks
The steps I will follow like above.

Someone is mic-spamming, the majority wants him to stop it
Due to the fact that mic-spamming is no kick-/bannable reason I will tell the players to mute this person.

 :thumbsup:due to recent experience I would say that he is a good guy. Played for a couple of hours with him. Nothing went badly or nothing. More than I can say for a lot of other people.
