Well... I record like 5 demos per every time i play gmod (average)
And fps is reary bad when i have fraps running.

What, you playback your videos, and then record with fraps?

Source has a built-in video renderer.

When you're in a menu, type this in console

--- Code: ---startmovie [moviename] [video type] [FPS]
--- End code ---
So an example would be

--- Code: ---startmovie myvideo avi 30
--- End code ---

Once the console is cleared, play your demo. It will start rendering it into an .avi from the start and end of the demo.

If you know how to mess with the demo playback, you can choose your starting point and the end point.

Heres an example,
