So like totally I got a new computer and its all pro and shit so I'm like "OMG Quad Core that's good I think"

So then I, with my happy faic, download Steam. Everything is fine and dandy so I make a bigger happy faic.

Then I check my download region, and it is in Shanghai, the city I am currently in! So by this point I am extremely happy because there just so happens to be a Steam server in the city I'm in.

THEN

I start downloading TF2.

It downloads at 5 kbps.
It has been 2 days and my download has not gone over 20 kbps. My happy faic is now a very big frowny faic. >:C<------- Like this

So please!!! Someone help!!!!!!!!!!!! :'(

Hmm, try going to View>Settings> Download + Cloud> Download Region : The country you are in now which is Shanghai.
I know you tried that but try again.
