Malek:
Anyone play the HL2 multiplayer Mod NeoTokyo?

www.neotokyohq.com

I have played it for awhile and it is really fun. It's very well made and while it can be frusturating at times, I find the strategic gameplay interesting. Not like a lot of games that are more of a run and gun, you actually take your time and work as a team to win.

There are 3 different classes, each with their individual strengths and weaknesses. You can take a look at some screenshots here:

The problem with the game is that people seem to either love it or hate it. Since its tactical, a lot of people have a hard time surviving, since they are used to the usual "right into combat firing everywhere". It also has a pretty steep learning curve, so if you are new to the game you have to plan on spending a lot of time dead until you get the hang of it. Once you do though it is really fun.

Don:
Looks nice. Haven't seen any real good HL2 Mods since Nightmare House: Remake. :/
Anyway, I'll try it.

Malek:
Its current pretty good even though I guess technically its in Beta.

The dev team seems to have put it on the backburner though, so the community isn't very large. Hopefully it gets a steam release eventually and gets the publicity it needs. Also if anyone decides to download, make sure you get the client AND the client patch, or you wont be able to join servers.

Frank:
I'll give it a try.
Btw, what's your Steam name, Malek?

fenkeN:
Looks good, gonna try it.
