It's not just the fact that they're friends.
He's the ONE admin who's actually busting their ass helping coolz and doing a great job of maintaining everything.
(not implying that all admins suck) but moo is one of the best.

and no I'm not kissing ass. Moo can snort another grain of rice for all i care rofl jk. No but seriously, he's a good friend.
