I don't see what is bad whit prop kill.
You see guy 1 killing guy 2.
You check the body of guy 2 and he is an innocent.
You see guy 1 whit 1hp left.
You trow him a barrel.

What? I used to see bunch of people prop killing a while ago -_- and I hate when people grab explosive barrels waiting for someone to shoot it and blow it up.

I thought you lose Karma now when you prop kill... therefore it should be allowed but non karma lose prop kill not allowed....
