I hope you guys realize this is an old trick with the annotations.

All you have to do is set a 1-second timer before the video ends, so when it "Plays", the player thinks the user clicked "replay."

He wasn't banned for that.

He was banned for excessively spamming.

And a number of his spam posts have been since removed.
