Where the hell do you live where they give you internet quotas? Here we pay by speed, like $15/month for slowmo, $30 decent, $45 for turbo.

Streaming anime is piece of crap tier; unless you have some glorious excuse(like shawn), you need to torrent your anime. You might say "i dun wan wait for anime", here is what you do: While you are streaming a show you like, torrent the next show you plan to watch. That way you will always be ahead of the curve. I've got like five animes sitting on my hdd waiting for me, along with superbad (watching that dick thing made me want to go dl it):
Aria OVA and Aria Origination
Darker than Black Gaiden
A few episodes of Amagami SS sitting on my hdd that i still havent gotten to
The Tatami Galaxy
Cowboy Bebop
AND GINTAMA (FUCK YES 200+ episodes OF GLORY)
That is a grand total of 6 separate shows that I have PRE-Downloaded. This is how we do things.

First you'd be suprised how many isp actually give you a monthly qouta they just don't tell you what it is until you go over which rarely happens since its a high amount anyways. pretty much all cable isps do this. (tho i might be switching to fiber optics soon still debating weather or not to switch.)
Second it doesn't matter if you stream it or download it the only difference is, is you can watch it again and again if you download it... but if you're only going to watch it once just stream it.
