Suggestion for TTT votemap system.

If a TTT map has been played too recently, people shouldn't be able to vote for it again. You have no idea how much it pisses me off when we do a map like ttt_lost_temple_v1 or ttt_alt_borders twice in a row.

Same here. (Alt_borders is not fun anymore for me.)
