Senarios/Conflicts and what I would do:

Rdm: I would tell the guy not to rdm becuase it is annoying when u die 3 seconds in round >:C. If he did it to one person over and over thats target rdm and i would ask them both to stop fighting or i would kick the guy Killing his target.

Mass rdm:I would give the guy a kick and if he came back and tried to mass rdm again i would ban him right there for being an asshat.

Propkilling: Unless its the no karma propkilling like in alt_borders where people get the soda machine and start pushing people against the wall killing more than 1 person. i would immediately ban him if he killed 2 people because he didnt lose karma for killing them unfairly.

Hacking/Use of Bugs: I would try to follow the guy around and maybe spectate him for a round or 2 just to make sure hes hacking or if hes legit. if he is caught hacking I will call an admin to check or just ban him immediately + i will send a report and ask anyone if they have the Fraps to film the guy hacking to send to an admin becuz im poor and cant afford fraps.

Teamkilling: unless its an accident then I will ask his parters after round what happen and why he killed his partner. If he gives me "hes a douchebag" or "Oops sorry..." I will kick him because it is against the rules to Kill your own partner during the round.

Reason I want to be VIP
Sometimes im the only person in the TTT server and people are usually mingy when theres no one to kick them and i get annoyed really quickly. I just wanna be the VIP so i can control the TTT server when no one else is in the server. The reason i picked to be VIP is to keep this server's reputation up and it is my Favorite server on gmod compared to the other servers i play on when im bored, they suck and have trolls that would kick you for stealing a gun.
