Where does it say "Spamming is not allowed." Firstly, everyone in RND spams. Even the Admins spam, yet only the members get watched? What is this shit? Elaborate please.

People often spam to an extent where it's not annoying, but your consistant spam was just plain annoying.
Admin is credit to team.
Also, I think it's pretty much a given that spamming is not allowed ::).

Orly if it was so annoying why did people play along? And if it is not allowed, why do admins do it?
