Completely random lag spikes

I have been getting completely random lag spikes as well as dropped connection for a maximum of 10 seconds, it's really annoying as I can't play anything online without teleporting everywhere. I did a pingtest on myself and saw that there are random moments where my ping spikes. I wanna play vidya and watch people play vidya live again :(

I honestly have no idea, it's a Linksys WRT610N if that helps.
