I was thinking Maybe we can host a surf server in like cs or csgo or something because it is pretty cool and draws lots of people which we could recruit into the community and such. I got the idea from watching summit stream. But like yeah surf servers could be cool and maybe we can like make maps and stuff too bcuz we have cable and yeah

Surfing in TF2 with Alpha Omega server was my favorite thing to do once upon a time.  I got at least 200 hours into TF2 surfing.  Personally, I like it better because 1) more people play TF2  2) it's more fun on TF2  3) i'm better at it on TF2.    So, if we even consider this as an option, I'd rather it be on TF2.

I have never played surf on CS:GO and I remember loving it cs and css so I think this would be pretty cool.
