Hmm, I think I want VIPs and Admins to have no special game-related privileges... as they are administration classes.
Changes:
- Adding separate Hitman class
- Added Chef class
- Added Car Dealer class
- Added Hacker class
- Added Guard class
- Added Tunnel Snakes class
( need to configure these in game after map change )
- Modified CP and Medic models
- Arrested players now retain fists
- Added Go Karts (needs configuration)
- Added PCMOD (untested)
- Fixed clientside weather mod errors (untested)
- Fixed keypad spawning
- Fixed light/lamp spawning
- Added custom thirdperson (untested)
- Fixed 3d limit for players (on restart/mapchange)
- Increased pc tower limit
- Increased lights/lamps limit
- Fixed fall damage not occuring (untested)
- Fixed fists for arrested people
- Car Dealer can buy Go Karts (untested)
- Nurfed hitman: removed lockpick (on mapchange)
- Added Burglar class (on mapchange)
- Added internet radio (on server restart - untested)
- Fixed buttons spawning
- Fixed bug with pcmod printing (on mapchange - untested)

Time | The there are 24 hours, every minute in game is 1 second in real. So 24 hours = 24 minutes. Maybe add a display with the time or be able to have a watch?
Radio | Able to play musics.
