I can tell mine is nearing it's last days.  The 2.53 GHz processor, GeForce GTS250 gphx card, and 2GB ram are dying.  I can count on my gphx card crashing and restarting at least every time I play tf2 or gmod.

I sent mine in for repair after a year and a half of not working...
...they couldn't resurrect it :'(
