What is your tipping policy?

When I order Pizza I will usually tip $2 but if the weather is shitty I will pay $3

I tip 20-30% for services, but if they are rude I do not tip them.  Sometimes I will not return as a customer too.

Probably like 15% because that's the average rate I think.
