Lagging in games

Ok so I have come to notice whenever i play cs go or starcraft 2 I get lag.


Like in starcraft 2 for example i used to be able to run it at ultra no probs now i can barely run it on low

With csgo same thing now even on low i still get minor anoying lag spikes

It's not my connection I know that for sure. So can somenone help am I missing drivers or something or is my build just outdated?

Gpu: Hd 7879 ghz edition GDDR6

CPu: Amd phenom 2 x6 core 2.3ghz
