the struggle of being overweight

I hope people don't take offense to that tittle lol, but what I mean is i used to be 120 now I'm 117 and I have to make it by 115 by tomorrow, I heard I can still eat and stuff and I also lose 2 pounds while sleeping. At the same time I can't eat anything I prefer and I cry a little when my friends eat something delicious in front of me. So do you guys have any tips in the future for losing weight?(besides swimming or running or starving)

Only thing I have to say is that you gotta stay committed. Don't fall into temptations and stick to your diet/workout to lose the weight.

Best way to lose the weight is to shit it all out. Not even joking. It's what lots of people do I hear.

I'm sorry, what? 115 pounds? Dude what in the hell? I'm 17 almost 6 foot tall and I weigh about 160 and yet I still think I could use some weight. I really don't think being at 120 is healthy for you and it is not worth to starve yourself in order to stay below that weight just because of some boxing tournament, seriously, unless of course this is somehow normal weight for you and you don't look too skinny and feel healthy which I personally find hard to believe assuming that you are 16 years old.

it probably is unhealthy but I need to do this so I can wrestle and.so my coach.does not yell at me lol plus I.can gain back to like 150 in muscle since I.can eat whatevwr the hell I want now since wrestling season.is.over and.im doing track
