Raise the 18 player limit for the Hybrid TTT/ZS Server to 36

Originally ZS used to have a 36 player limit in its server alone but since its in a hybrid with TTT, it has an 18 player limit. I believe that the limit should be raised for the server to not limit ZS to 18 players.

Enough to have a good sized player group on ZS, and enough to have 6 Traitors in TTT if the server gets full.  hehehe.

The thing is, whenever there is a sizable amount of players on the server, usually the majority will pick ZS over TTT...
