ulx is a tool for admins, it's what they use to access all the commands, just like ASSMod which is what we currently have.

I'd rather keep ASSMod since it's pretty much got what all the admins need to do their job. Only reason one would want ulx is to fool around with all the other stuff.
ulx has way too many useless commands and i doubt anyone would take their time to rearrange all the permissions.

Yeah I totally agree with this. Ulx sux dix.

I personally see no benefit in this or any reason it'd attract players? Unless it's because they want to join to exploit, which is understandable lol. ULX has had several major issues which were easily exploited to give members any rank available and stuff like that. I used to be admin on several servers with it and if it's still anything like it used to be it really wouldn't be a good idea. Nothing wrong with what we currently have any ways.
