Admin talk in chat command

It was suggested to change the vip talk console command to something more accessible in chat, read about that here( http://forum.randomgs.com/index.php?topic=16787.msg219928#msg219928 ).

So I went ahead and did the same for admin.

Please use /admin MESSAGE instead in chat.

I believe you're thinking of the chat between admins which is just '@', coolz is talking about the 'alltalk' command we've had to use in the console.

Yeah, @ is for admin-admin chat.

/admin is for admin announce.
