Admins can now communicate with players in the server from anywhere online!

That's right! So if you have a question for an admin just ask in global chat and they might be available to answer your question or give you feedback without having to be on steam or in game!

I'll be using this a lot as well so I should be able to keep a better tab on the servers. To talk to an admin directly you probably want to mention their name in your message so they can find you later if they are afk.

Their chat will appear in global with the [Web] tag.
