So it seems that they've gotten 14nm down, and broadwell is coming out next year. Damn intel so fast- I barely got my Ivy Bridge last year :'(

Lol, just got a Haswell about a month ago. Although I bet the improvements aren't that big, Haswell-E is more interesting.
Skylake sounds like it will make a bigger difference, but we are still far away from it.

Wow, I thought they haven't figured out yet how to do that, somehing with the electrons going through the silicon at this size.
I bet by the time they'll have 5nm CPUs, quantum PCs would be available for consumers. That will be a true leap in CPU power, etc. they just need to get them to a smaller size (they currently require a whole room lol).
