I haven't seen yoshi on in a while so im not sure if he is still active or not.
So far my vote is +/-, i need to see some server wise activity from him to make a better choice. :hellokitty:

Tbh it does clog up the thread and is somewhat pointless but it seems that a lot of people are saying this and that maybe Yoshi should reapply after being active. I think he thought the servers were down all summer though? He mentioned something like that to me lol. Probably because the host change.

Either way as long as Yoshi isn't totally inactive and actually plays again which seems to be his intention I think having him promoted would be fine. I believe he knows how to deal with situations decently in-game and I never really have had problems with him so I don't really have reason to say no, though I don't have overly strong reason to say yes to a promotion as well.
