Alkaline:
I know Sledbuild is fun and can hold an amount of players looking for a quick play. It's also easy to manage admin-wise and someone already fixed the gamemode.

Bomb Squad:
Fretta, of course :)
But this has already been done, so I will say Zombie Survival.

also if garryware is fixed on fretta, I'll vote for Fretta

Garryware is somewhat playable now, but sometimes it hangs on some minigames.
