Promotion Applications -- Deadline/Time

This Cactus:
I just thought of time limits for Promotions
like 1-2 weeks maximum?

though I wouldn't demand this idea, I'd like to see others' opinions
or if someone has a better idea...

Isn't there already a 1-2 week waiting period on reg apps?
and for VIP/Admin apps are for when ever coolz gets around to do them.

What? If you're posting a suggestion like this I think you should go much more into detail.

Admin applications imo should never need a maximum time limit?
Reg and VIP applications also shouldn't as it is necessary in some cases to extend the time past a week. As well coolz is the only one who deals with VIP applications and I don't think he's going to babysit them like that. I don't see why it would be necessary. Reg applications are also usually locked pretty regularly. There's currently one open which I will now deal with.

Why are you making this suggestion though?

Good points, I just want to see some other opinions on this suggestion. I wouldn't say apply it immediately, I want to see if others support or deny of the suggestion. If that didn't answer the question, I honestly don't know what would.
