Get the best quality from headphones?

(1/1)

Juan_Ambriz:
On Christmas my mom got me the "Tiamat 7.1 Headset" from Razor, she said she got a deal for lik $100 or something and that she remembered me saying I wanted them. Anyway.

My sound card only Supports 5.1, there is a feature to disable 7.1 surround on The headset but everything sounds like its blasting and ugh, anyway I leave the 7.1 button on, so I can manage like the front, back, sides, and Sub
But compared to like X21s I used from my friend Louie it sounded a bit clearer.
When in games I usually hear things that are far away (which is good!) for ex. In Dayz I can hear a helicopter 1000 Meters away, while most people hear it when it's about 100Meters away.

Does anyone know how I can get my sound to be the best it can be?

Use Razers software. Will have to buy a proper soundcard to get a proper sound, but this should do for now:

http://www.razerzone.com/surround

Get this if you're willing to pay to actually get the best of your headphones:
