Ah, then I would change that section to:

How can I allow other players to touch my props?
In our server, other players cannot touch prop props by default in order to prevent abuse.
Prop ProtectionOpen the spawnmenu and select “Utility” located on the top right.
Click “Client” inside the “NADMOD Prop Protection” category.
Check next to the player’s name and click “Apply Friends”.
Now your friends can touch your props.

Also, on 3rd Garry's Mod Server rule I think this phrase is repeated twice "do not use malicious tools". You should remove the extra.

Also, on Minecraft page chat commands, I think command /cprivate mispelled ( cpritvate ).

Everything else looks good.

On third Garry's Mod server rule where you removed the duplicate phrase, now you need to remove "." after "props"

Do not attempt to lag the server by spawning too many props and do not use any malicious tools.

Otherwise it's all good imo.
