What I was saying is that no one's complaining that he's just got an annoying child's voice or something, people complain because he purposely talks in a really high, loud, obnoxious voice that gets on some people's nerves whether he intends that or not. That's something to consider because in reality that may show that he doesn't take it seriously, or that he wishes to annoy players (which I don't really think is the case). But bottom line it does annoy some people, so it's certainly a legitimate point to discuss.
And again, I'm neutral on this so I'm more or less just trying to clear up thoughts and play devil's advocate. I don't see anything Cactus does as good reason to wish to go against his application.

well my opionon is not changed because of his voice. It does not annoy me.. and he does not use a voice changer. its just how he talks. and like Prox said it should noy effect the result of this application. (sorry if this is repeating what others have said)

Noticing alot of debate here on his voice, and it feels weird knowing that I'm one of the few that actually doesn't mind it.

If so many people on the fence are trying to decide if the voice is real or not then it seems to me that it definitely could be real and should not be discriminated for it. Just treat him like it is his voice. If he is annoying to players however then that is a problem.

This is not the case according to a couple handfuls of VIPs and Prox, who are vouching for his behavior overall.
