I agree with Code somewhat. Internet and stuff on a phone is cool. But I've dropped my 10$ samsung intensity 2 off a 3rd floor balcony onto cement  and it still works fine x)

I think the galaxy s2 is really reliable and a fun phone that thing is pretty indestructible to and the design is pretty sexy imo but your other choices are probably better to so it all comes down to preference what you really want a phone for and which phone shall give you that.
