What I don't get about these people are what the fuck is the message? Are they trying to just kill people because they're mentally unstable? And Devie I hope that your friends come home safely. This is just.. Horrible. Not only is there a spot in hell reserved for the person, but he should have his legs blown the fuck off. He/She deserves it. The pain the people must be suffering. Not just the physical but the mental scarring.

Or if you want to be civil about it, you should learn his motive, see if he/she was actually was the one that did it, and then let the court settle it.

Having Draconian punishments for things like this makes you just as bad. "An eye for an eye makes the whole world go blind."
