   Looks like he's back and now he's also playing in the servers too. I've seen him in-game many times and he even contacted me when there were RDMers as well as he provided all the proof needed, although he only started playing on the servers recently and I can't be sure if this is just temporarily, but since he made a VIP application, I suppose he will become active once again.

I've played with Frank a lot and i can say he will make a good VIP. so a +1 from me

Tortie:
It looks like Frank is a pretty old member of the community. I met him when he became active again recently, so I don't really know him too well, but my first impressions were good, he is a nice and funny guy who is on a lot. Based on the application and everyone else's support I do feel confident in giving a +1.

TehHank:
Frank has been around for a long time. His attitude and conduct in-game and forum activity merits him VIP status easily.
