This is my first report so please bare with me.

Reason: Rdming

Story: It all started when I joined was playing and such then Ultimatekettle1 just went on a rampage of rdm killed lot's of people told him to stop it has even went to a point where I had to call in a VIP to come and kick him but before that happened he has left.
I also have told him to please stop and he obviously did not listen and kept doing it. He took a short break for his karma to get back up then did it again sadly I don't have a screen shot of that but Arch has me backed up in evidence.

Novias called me in to help. I asked him what was wrong, he told me that a detective by the name of Ultimatekettle was going around as detective RDMing. I joined as fast as I could, and decided to collect some evidence before straight up kicking, as I still would have liked to make a report. Found evidence via dmglogs of what he did, as well as witnessing him in the act via Demo.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)Also noticed quietsniper shoot a couple people as well, then leave as quick as Ultimate did. I haven't yet checked if they are friends, but I may later as it is very late in the night as I type this.

   Alright, after looking at all the evidence Ultimatekettle1 will be banned for a month for massive RDM and leave.
quietsniper141 will be banned for a much shorter period of 3 days because the screenshots and the demo do not provide much RDMing, however there's a great chance that his low karma stopped him from doing it. I also checked their steam profiles and they both are friends, but in this case it doesn't really mean anything.

Also, you've put quietsniper141's steamID instead of Ultimatekettle1's, Novias.
