Not disappointing games, just BAD games.
For me I would say Bad Rats, it's supposed to be a physics puzzle game, except the ball changes EVERY ATTEMPT, horrible gameplay.

Stronghold 3. I loved Stronghold 2 and was so excited for the third one. Just a big letdown :(  (ah shit I just realized this would fall under disappointing games. WHATEVER it was still bad)

Big motha truckers for the PS2.

When I rent a game, I usually never take it out of my console until its time to take it back, but that game was so horrible I actually played my other games instead.
