Why do some people not like water?

No africa or Haiti jokes, serious fucking discussion, but in all seriousness, why do some people hate water? It's necessary for living things to live..
I'm talking about generic drink water, non-tap.

some don't like the plain taste of water, but get water by other means... like soft drinks or juice or sometimes even milk

some people like water

some people are very afraid of water, or afraid of clear things, etc

Tap water I can understand. The water we get from the tap you can smell from the chlorine. But water in general?
